They also offer parmesan crusted chicken, salmon, pork chops, and shrimp, plus a burger or rib-eye sandwich. You can choose from side dishes, including Brussels sprouts, baked potato, fries, rice pilaf, and asparagus. Water Into Wine

Located in nearby Knoxville is another excellent choice for fine dining: Water into Wine. Begin with one of their many delicious appetizers, including spinach artichoke dip, brulėed brie with toasted crostinis, or a charcuterie board. There are small plate options for those with a lighter appetite, as well. The Italian flat has marinara, Genoa salami, Italian cheeses, and basil in a baked flatbread. Or try the mini crab bites with their signature lump blue crab salad recipe served on a sweet sriracha glaze. Another favorite is the sesame encrusted ahi tuna, hand-seared with Asian slaw and sweet sriracha.

For those who need a little more, there’s a wide variety of plate options available. Water into Wine offers a lasagna, either traditional beef rolled or vegetarian rolled. Their winter salmon is oven-baked and served with Asian slaw, bourbon sriracha, a starch, and a vegetable. Don’t forget to save room for dessert. They offer a beautiful chocolate board and a wine float for an adult indulgence. Wine into Water also has a brief lunch menu that includes soup, salad, flatbread, meatball sub, BBQ pork nachos, and cheeseboard. Any of their menu items pair nicely with their large selection of wines.

Water into Wine is located at 60 N. Campbell Station Road. It’s open from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Monday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, and it’s closed on Sunday. Their menu does vary with the season, and the items listed are from their winter menu.

Grab your friends, family, or significant others and get dressed up to enjoy a fine dining experience at either of these beautiful locations. Both are perfect for any special occasion or night off from cooking.
