2020 White Ford FusionAre you looking for a commute-friendly sedan that offers plenty of features blended with comfort and convenience and competitive fuel economy? If this is the case, look no further than the 2020 Ford Fusion.

1. Fusion Choices

Four trim levels for the 2020 Fusion will give you plenty to look at, interact with, and check out on a test drive. The trims include the S, SE, SEL, and Titanium. Among the trims, You’ll have three engine choices. The estimated EPA is 21 mpg in the city and 31 mpg on the highway.

2. Fusion Trims 

Fitted with a 2.5-liter 4-cylinder i-VCT engine, 6-speed automatic transmission, and front-wheel drive, the base S trim has plenty of get-up-and-go with is 173 horsepower and 174 pound-feet of torque. The SE and SEL are equipped with a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine capable of 181 horsepower and 185 pound-feet of torque. The Titanium uses the third engine choice, which is the 2.0-liter turbocharged engine.

3. Exterior Features

Exterior features run the gamut of complimentary standard and optional enhancements depending on the trim selected. Some of these enhancements include body-color exterior dual power mirrors, door handles, and front and rear bumpers. There’s also access to LED tail lamps, automatic halogen headlamps fitted with courtesy delay, auto high beam headlamps, configurable daytime running lamps,16-inch steel wheels, and solar tinted glass for the windows.

4. Interior Features

The Fusions’ interior is equally diverse with assorted features designed for comfort, convenience, entertainment, and technology.  Comfort is provided with a variety of features such as integrated front door storage, front center console, power door locks, front and rear roof grab handles, dome lamp and map lights, and dual illuminated visor mirrors. There are several convenience features that enable the driver to have a confident driving experience. These include push button start, tilt and telescoping steering wheel, trip computer with message center, remote decklid release, hill start assist, lane-keeping system, pre-collision assist with pedestrian detection, blind spot information system that includes cross-traffic alert, and rain-sensing wipers.

A few of the standard entertainment and technology features include the SYNC system, FordPass Connect, MP3 capability, AM/FM stereo, and a four- and six-speaker system. Some of the optional features include the SYNC 3 system, voice-activated navigation system that includes Travel Link and SiriusXM, and a 4.2-inch LCD display, An 8-or 12-inch touch screen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay is available.

5. Safety Features

Safety is important on all Ford Fusions for the driver, passengers, and for the SUV. What you can count on for safety include dual stage driver and passenger air bags, knee air bags for front passenger and driver, first- and second-row side curtain air bags, Lower Anchor and Tethers Anchors for Children (LATCH) system, child safety locks, and front and rear seat belt pretensioners.

The SUV has safety features such as the SOS Post-Crash alert and AdvanceTrac with Electronic Stability Control (ESC). Security is covered with a perimeter alarm, brake assist, electric-assist parking brake, SecuriLock passive anti-theft system, and a keyless entry key fob.
