For a subcompact SUV, the EcoSport offers an impressive towing capacity. Even with the 1.0-liter engine, you'll be able to tow up to 1,400 pounds. Opt for the 2.0-liter block, and your towing capacity increases to 2,000 pounds. Independent front and rear suspension along with stabilizer bars and traction assist make for a comfortable, controlled ride on any road surface.

Despite the compact size of the Ford EcoSport, it's surprisingly spacious, with plenty of room for up to five people. Even if you stick with the base trim, you'll find comforts and conveniences such as two smart-charging USB ports, cloth-trimmed seats, and a 60/40 fold-flat rear seat. In higher trims, you'll find additional features like a cargo management system with an adjustable shelf, a heated steering wheel, a leather-wrapped shift knob, a power moonroof with a sunshade, and the Sync 3 infotainment system with an 8-inch touch screen and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility.
