2020 Ford EcoSport

With four trim levels to choose from, there's definitely one that fits your active lifestyle. The S model is the entry level EcoSport, yet comes nicely equipped with technology inside the cabin and under the hood. The SE is the next trim level, and gives you access to more package options and features, like a rear swing gate, roof rack, and fog lamps. The Titanium is the luxury version, fully loaded with features to rival any luxury SUV in its class, like 17-inch dark stainless-painted machined aluminum wheels. The SES trim is the perfect blend of comfort and performance: sport tuned, and designed with bold black accents on the body, headlamp, and fog lamp bezels.

Two engines power the EcoSport. Standard on the S model is the 1.0-liter Ecoboost engine. This engine is paired with a 6-speed SelectShift automatic transmission. The result is 123 horsepower and 125 pound-feet of torque. The SE and Titanium also come with the 1.0-liter engine standard, but can be upgraded to the 2.0-liter EcoBoost engine with direct-injection and twin-scroll turbocharger technology for on-demand power and exceptional economy. When mated to the 6-speed SelectShift automatic transmission, this powertrain gets an impressive 166 horsepower and 149 pound-feet of torque.

Standard on the SES and available on all other trims is Ford's intelligent all-wheel drive system. The system uses sensors to monitor traction and delivers power to the axle that needs it most, often before wheel slip even occurs. Hill start assist is another feature you'll love. On steep inclines it keeps the brakes applied for up to two seconds while you move your foot to the accelerator. Auto start/stop technology provides additional economy by shutting down the engine while idling, and starting up again with the simple press on the accelerator.

EcoSport drivers love the style and comfort of the spacious cabin. Available leather-trimmed heated and ventilated seats, heated leather steering wheel, and dual zone temperature controls keep everyone in their personal comfort zone. When you need a little air, you can open the available power moon roof. The 8-inch touch-screen gives you access to all your smart devices using the standard FordPass Connect and Sync3 systems. Now you can send and receive emails, calls, and texts all hands-free.

Every EcoSport comes standard with Ford's BLIS (Blind Spot Information System). This system uses advanced radar and camera technology to monitor the vehicle's blind spots. It will alert you with visual and audio cues when making a lane-changing maneuver. It also features a cross-traffic alert system. The system will monitor for cars or other obstructions while in reverse. This is particularly useful in those busy parking lots. The EcoSport is also equipped with an emergency brake assist system that monitors brake pressure. When it senses an emergency it will apply additional brake pressure to help reduce stopping distances.
